Onboarding

To create a personalised, sustainable plan, we first need to understand you. Upon sign-up, you’ll complete a detailed questionnaire covering your training history, health, goals, preferences, and lifestyle. Next, we’ll have a comprehensive onboarding call to walk you through your plan, answer any questions, and ensure you’re ready to kickstart your weight-loss journey.

Training Program

Say goodbye to generic cookie-cutter workouts! I’ll design a simple, yet deadly effective training program that fits seamlessly into your life. We'll regularly review and update your program every 4-6 weeks to ensure you stay motivated and moving towards your goals!

Nutrition Plan

You can’t out-train a poor diet! That’s why I’ll create a personalised nutrition plan tailored to your goals and lifestyle. I’ll support you with daily food tracking, accountability, and ongoing adjustments, ensuring your plan stays effective and sustainable.

KORE App

Tracking your progress is key to successful weight loss. With the KORE app, you’ll have everything you need in one place—log your workouts, steps, nutrition, body composition, measurements, progress photos, and more. Stay on top of your goals with real-time insights and accountability!

Form Anaylsation

It’s important that you feel confident performing your training program. That’s why we offer video coaching—send unlimited exercise videos, and your coach will provide detailed technique feedback within 48 hours, ensuring you train safely and effectively.

Support and Accountability

Your coach will work with you 1:1 to keep you on track and ensure you reach your goals. That’s why we provide weekly check-ins and coaching calls, giving you the support, accountability, and confidence you need for success. Plus, you’ll have direct messaging access to your coach anytime you have questions.

SILVER MEMBERSHIP

The SILVER Membership gives you all the tools and support you need to achieve your goals, with a balance of flexibility and structure.

12-Week Minimum Commitment
Option to continue with a flexible fortnightly plan after the initial term.
