Eligibility
No. We can build your program for a commercial gym or a simple home setup with just dumbbells and a bench. More equipment gives us more options — but it’s not essential.
Every fortnight, you’ll receive two fully structured single-day meal plans — each with breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks. They’re personalised to your preferences, lifestyle and any dietary needs.
You can rotate them however it suits — run one in week one and the other in week two, or mix and match across both.
No problem at all. Just let your coach know and we’ll swap it for another option at no extra cost. Adherence is the priority.
Yes. We’ll teach you how to navigate social events and eating out while staying on track. That said, the less you eat out the easier it will be to see progress. But you don't need to become a hermit to see progress!
Online only. You’ll access everything via our coaching app, including workouts, meal plans, tracking and check-ins.
Unfortunately no. We believe that lasting results come from accountability, support and expert guidance. One-off plans don’t provide the structure or support needed for meaningful change.
Yes. Results won’t happen overnight, that’s why we require an initial 12-week commitment to allow meaningful progress.
We’re so confident in our program that we guarantee you’ll lose 8-12kg in your first 12 weeks or we’ll continue coaching you for free until you do.
To qualify, you must:
• Follow your training and meal plan consistently
• Attend all check-ins calls
• Complete your app tasks (weigh-ins, check-in forms, progress photos)
If you meet these requirements and don’t lose at least 8kg in your first 12 weeks, we’ll continue working with you at no extra cost until you do.

We do our best to accommodate certain medical considerations. However, some conditions fall outside our scope of practice and may require support from a qualified medical specialist.
